I am in a rut....  I had some problems with people connecting with me at 9600
when they call me up, so I figured that it might be the dips on my super serial
card.  I went ahead and adjusted the dips, but when i did, i received another
problem.  I now lose characters left and right with my Us Robotics 9600 HST...
I figure it must be the interupts, but I can't remember my original settings.

the only thing that I do remember of the two 7 block dips, was that on the
second block, all was up and 7 was down (off)... unfortunately, the first one
leaves me.

Help me solve this problem, it's a pain
