For those of you who are wondering whatever happened to Atari Explorer,
it HAS come back, as promised.  I just recently saw it at a computer
store.  The looks of it are the same, and it seems to have the same
format as before.  This issue has some unusual things about it.  For one
thing it says something like "Spring Issue" on it (I don't know if it
has the months on the cover), and secondly, there are a couple articles
by the (former) editor, David Ahl!  I was surprised to see this.  As 
predicted, there was no evidence of the editorials that the former 
editors wrote that prompted Atari to confiscate the issues.  At least I
didn't see them.
