You are probably going to get swamped with people saying that the Tweety board and the STe's new digital stereo sound chip are COMPLETELY different. This is because it's true. The Tweety board just outputs each of the standard Yamaha sound chip's three channels to three different RCA jacks. It is amusing, and makes some things sound nicer, but a friend of mine who has/had it, didn't find it all that impressive. I HAVE heard that the color palette upgrade that was available before the STe's (well at least in the US) is compatible with the extended palette in the STe. Don't even let the idea of putting TOS 1.6 into your MEGA enter your mind... It's not going to happen. AAron "has only opinions" nAAs
