I need help accessing Atari ST fileservers.

I have heard of Panarthea, and Bart.  I need help with any listserv
functions.

The ST section at my local net is pretty unimpressive, and lacks a
version of VanTerm.  I was hoping to access this and other files
from Liserver and fileservers and ftp sites.

Once before someone provided me with huge documentation which I wish 
that I still had, but they are on my eight-bit and I know not how soon
it will be before I can force myself to use it again.  THE ST is a
joy to use and I never want to go back!
