Does anyone know if a 40meg hard drive can be added to an AT&T PC 6300?
This 6300 has ROM BIOS 1.43, and is using a WD1002A-WX1 hard drive controller, currently supporting an ST-225 (20meg).  What do I need for a 40meg?  Do I neeed
to upgrade my ROM BIOS?

I tried using another controller with an ST-251 (40meg) and it did not work.  I
also tried adding another 20meg using the WD1002A-WXI controller.  It seems
that I cannot use a twisted cable on any of the drives.  Why is this?  The
controller is made to handle two drives.  Any thoughts...
