I know some of the older drives provided the capability to adjust the speed and head position, but most of the newer drives do not provide adjustment screws. We are having a lo t of trouble with our drives and are considering software to analyze the proble m. We want to make sure that the drives can be adjusted before investing $200 to buy software to analyze the problem. Thanks in advance.
