Is there a standard size for AT motherboards?  Does
anyone out there know the dimensions of this standard
size or a reference that I could go to find out what it
is?

[I have an AST 286 and I'm trying to find out what kind
of an upgrade might fit into the case since I can't afford
AST's upgrade path for me.]
