Here it is, right out of the catalogue.  First, the prices:

	5.25"	DSDD	$0.25 each in lots of 100 (notes a,b)
	5.25"	DSHD	$0.39 each in lots of 50  (  "   )
	3.5"	DSDD	$0.39 each in lots of 25
	3.5"	DSHD	$0.89 each in lots of 25

	Note lot size listed is minimum order.

	a)  includes sleeves and WP tabs
	b)  price goes down to $0.21 each in lots of 1000

All disks come with a lifetime warranty.  There used to be long delays (3-4
weeks) on the 3.5" High Density disks, don't know how it is now.  One guy
here at work was sent double-density 3.5" disks instead of high-density.
MEI said keep 'em, we'll send you the right ones.  And they did!
