Well, I've tried PC-Lock on my hard disk a while ago.  Evidently, the
PC-Locks protection scheme is based on modifying the partition table of the
hard disk so that DOS doesn't recognize it.

Two things to try....

PC-Lock has a utility to remove the protection.

Use norton Utility to change the partition back to normal.
