Agreed, but in this case it was very simple to test whether or not it
worked.  Adding the following lines to the config.sys would reveal that
only the last ``shell='' would be recognised:

	shell=c:\dos\tree.com
	shell=junk
	shell=c:\dos\command.com c:\dos /p

You can only specify one top-level shell.
