Subject: Allen Holub address needed re NR bug

Does anyone have a current email address for Allen Holub, or a smail
address? I'm trying to fix a bug in his NR program, and a header file
needed for the hash.c module is missing in the code supplied with the
book.

If anyone else has worked with the code and fixed the bug, I would
appreciate hearing about their experiences. As supplied, all '@'s are
picked off, and there is no way to get them through.
