	I  saw this modem on the catalog of J&R Music World.
    It's a Zoom MX-2400 and listed at $99.95 which is a pretty
    good deal in my opinion since modems for Mac seem to be
    priced a bit higher than the PC modems.

	Now, couple of questions.  Is this modem reliable?
    Yeah, I noticed that it comes with a 7-year warranty, but
    a reliable modem with 1-year warranty is better than a
    troublesome one with multi-year warranty, IMHO.  Also, it
    comes with communication software Quicklink.  How is this
    software?
	
	Finally, is there a better deal?  Better modem at a
    comparable price, same modem at a better price, whatever.
    I need your input to make a decision.  Yes, I live on peer
    pressure, constantly.
	
	Please reply via e-mail, I don't like to read a news
    group when I have to junk 90% of it every time I read it.
