Keywords: exporting, data Message-ID: <14407@csli.Stanford.EDU> Date: 12 Jul 90 06:41:35 GMT Sender: ramaley@csli.Stanford.EDU (Alan Ramaley) Organization: Center for the Study of Language and Information, Stanford U. Lines: 8 Hi folks. Another boring excel question. It's easy to export an excel file as text; but is there a way to keep to from putting quotes around cells that have commas in them? I'm exporting a huge mailing list, and it turns Santa Barbara, CA whatever into "Santa Barbara, CA whatever". Any suggestions? I'd like it to look just like it does in the worksheet; quotes around addresses sound too ironic. Thanks in advance. --Alan
