One detriment for SE/30 users should be mentioned: If you have a second monitor that you assign the menu bar to, and put your Finder windows on the SE/30 screen, those windows will be unreachable if you disconnect the 2nd monitor. I have a color monitor at home, and often carry my machine to work. Losing those Finder windows can be very frustrating. Under 6.0.4, the machine is smart enough to realize that the windows cannot be located and just gives me a default window in the middle of the screen. Why this intelligence is lost in 6.0.5 is beyond me. Needless to say, I will not upgrade to 6.0.5! ======================================================================== Richard Fozzard "Serendipity empowers" Univ of Colorado/CIRES/NOAA R/E/FS 325 Broadway, Boulder, CO 80303 fozzard@boulder.colorado.edu (303)497-6011 or 444-3168
