If so, I'd certainly *hope* that they'd offer RPC and XDR as well (where "offer" doesn't mean "bury inside the guts of the NFS code and matching utilities, it means "provide as libraries that users can use to construct programs). If they don't, you might want to grab the publicly-available Sun RPC/XDR source from one of the source archives containing it ("comp.sources.unix" may have it). Some porting work would probably be necessary.
