Hello,

  I've just discovered a malfunction of the 3.3 'top' cpu-usage utility.
Invoked with 'top -i 2' (I suspect the '-i 2' has nothing to do
with the problem) the sum of the %-age cpu-time column is most times
much above 100% (up to 200%). Can somebody at SGI have a look at it?
Maybe its not to late for the 09-Jul deadline for inclusion in the
3.3 release tape?
