Does anyone have a user's manual for this terminal?  I called CIE America
(the part of the former CItoh which handles terminals) and they only have
the service manual.  I am willing to paying a reasonable amount ($20 would
be fine) for an original manual in good condition or duplication costs for
a copy.  I'll pay shipping.  Please reply to this account or to the account
in my signature.
