Numerous people have reported problems generating the Euler fonts
at their site. I am investigating the situation and will
straighten out the AMS on how to write MF code once I've tracked
down the problems.

(Anyone who looks at the code should be _very_ clear on why the
AMS has waited so long to release sources for these fonts.)
