I have downloaded the set of TeX source code from the standard distribution
site -- labrea.stanford.edu.  I got the tex and latex working alright, but
not the bibtex.  There are bunch of files under ./LaTeX/LaTeXbibtex
directory.  I did a "latex btxdoc" first and then "bibtex btxdoc".  The
LaTeX ran alright, but the bibtex gave me a core dump.  I followed the
steps described in bibtex.ins and the README file.  

Helps are very appreciated!
