Hi!  Is there a way to increase the \subsection nesting level 
so that I can get \subsubsection \subsubsubsection, etc.
(perhaps with the frill of adding to the table of contents.)

In LaTeX one kludge would be to get the \subsubsection counter and 
define a theorem/new counter saying saying that \subsubsubsection
increments within \subsubsection.   Has anyone done this ?
