A port has been made and will be available through the standard
distribution channels shortly. I am expecting to get a copy of
the relevant files from Joachim Lammarsch who is the current
VM/CMS site coordinator any day now and will make them available
from ymir.claremont.edu when that happens. In the mean time, if
you are in a rush to get TeX 3.0 up and running, you can contact
Dean Guenther (guenther@wsuvm1.bitnet) about getting the files
via bitnet.
