Does anyone out there have a working version of TeX 3.0 for VM/CMS?

I have been trying to port the files at labrea.stanford.edu, and have
been meeting with little success.

We have TeX 2.93 over here. We are running VSPascal version 2.0 under
CMS release 5.5.

names of ftp/bitnet sites from where I can get files needed for 
upgrading to any version above 2.93 are also welcome.
