I am missing a few recent issues of TeXhax Digest. Clarkson used to carry
back issues in its email server, but apparently has stopped at about 90.017.

We can not FTP.

Does anyone know where another site is that carries back issues and that
operates an email archive server or allows anonymous uucp?
