I need to accent letters with a tensor sysmbol in Tex. The tensor
symbol is similary to \vec EXCEPT that I need to use a double headed
arrow ie: $\tensor A$ should give
	
		<->
		 A

There is a double arrow symble in the plain text fonts, but using mathaccent
will not work (it ends up going through the letter instead of above). 

Non Metafont solutions would be appreciated.
