	We just got some DS3100's and a DS5400 server with Ultrix 3.1D.
To my surprise, there appears to be no Pascal compiler on the system; I've
checked both the supported and unsupported tapes.

	Is there a compiler?  Did I miss it?

	If not, will one be supplied with Ultrix 4.0?

	If not, why not?
