Has anyone out there figured out how to connect a Logitech mouse to an
Equinox multiport card?

Of course it would help if I hadn't lost the book that came with the
Logitech, so a pinout for the mouse might be enough to get me going.

The mouse does work when plugged into a standard AT style serial port (DB 9
connector).
