It purports to come from a body calling itself 'The Customer Satisfaction Research Institute'. Anyone come across one of these? If so, is it widely circulated? Or is it just a panic-generator? Am I worrying needlessly? Pete Lucas PJML@UK.AC.NERC-WALLINGFORD.IBMA 0793411613
