I have heard rumours that a suspicious floppy-disk is being posted
around in Britain (and possibly Europe too). It purports to come from
a body calling itself 'The Customer Satisfaction Research Institute'.
Anyone come across one of these? If so, is it widely circulated?
Or is it just a panic-generator? Am I worrying needlessly?
