	I have a lot of icons set up in an NxN (let's say 15x15)
PANEL_CHOICE.  I'm not having any luck in trying to attach scrollbars
to this panel (so that I can display, say, 5x5 icons).  I am
setting "OPENWIN_SHOW_BORDERS, TRUE" when creating my panel.  Since the
documentation at hand is so skimpy, I can't yet tell if there is
a bug in XView (2.0 beta) or if it's me!  Anyone got a simple, working
example of attaching horizontal and vertical scrollbars to a panel
consisting of icons?
