For $85 a day I would at lest expect them to work 8 > hours, not just to dress me and put me in the wheelchair. We found that it helps to have not just the one person. You become too dependent on them, and they feel overwhelmingly guilty if they let you down. Try having two or three, plus weekend staff. It is easier & more relaxing for everyone. Also, each visitor is better at one thing than another person is. By "split", you "rule" better too: "split & rule!" It will be a test of you management skills to try to arrange so many attendants.
