I've been looking and I can't figure out how to make the news daemon for an
NFS news system.  I seemed to have no trouble making the NFS client on my
Intel system 302 running sVr3.2 with Lachman TCP/IP and NFS, but I don't see
anything obvious about how the daemon is made.  The file patchlevel.h in my
distribution indicates that I am running 2.11B patch level 17.
