Divide dough in half. Press half into an 8" pie pan with your hands (don't bother rolling out.) Now fill with either a jar of GOOD raspberry jam or the above banana concoction.) Take the other half of the dough and GRATE it over the top. This forms a nice looking "streusel-type" crust. Bake 350 for 1 hour or till golden. Best served warm but it isn't shabby at room temp either. If you need to use a little more than half the dough for the bottom crust, you'll still have enough for the top so don't worry.
