I bought one for $1.79 today after hearing about it on TV! On TV, they said it is a cross between a broccoli and a cauliflower which was discovered in a farm in Holland a couple of years ago. I don't believe it! I think it's just a variant form of cauliflower. It doesn't have the taste, texture, or morphology of broccoli. The only broccoli-like feature it has is that it is green. So what's the straight story on "broccoflower"? Is it a multi-million dollar fraud on the American public (happy 4th, y'all)? I for one am plenty pissed I was tricked into paying $1.79 for a cauliflower!
