I need one that fits the following specs: 1. small size - about 1.5 x 2.5 inches, preferably a little smaller 2. 360 to 512 CPR (counts per revolution) 3. TTL/CMOS outputs 4. low cost -- about a $100 or less in quantity 5. lab use only -- no use for hermetically sealed case or wide temp range I would especially like the unit to include a small shaft with bearings to reduce friction.
