I would think also that even if homosexuality is completely biological it could still be considered a wrongful act, as, following Paul in Romans 9, some are created as vessels of wrath. We are all predestined to do either right or wrong, as God sees fit, and maybe biology and genetics is just one of the agents of his direction.
