Can anyone tell me how to get a description of the INDUCT algorithm
of Gaines, especially its mechanism for handling noise?  I have a copy
of Gaines's paper from the Sixth International Workshop on Machine
Learning but it has a typo in an equation where he multiplies a set
by a number, an operation which I assume has never been defined.
