I finally fixed cpicker and pixedit so that they compile under R4.
Cpicker and pixedit allow you to dynamically edit the colormap for a
window or edit a particular pixel value, respectively.

The only problem was that I couldn't get the Xaw dialog box working so
clicking on the hex value doesn't do anything anymore :-).

You can get the new tarfile from:

	expo.lcs.mit.edu:~ftp/contrib/cpicker.tar.Z.
