I just wondered how many readers in North America and Europe will be
commuting to this course.  The course fees are minimal when viewed
along with the cost of flights on AUG 2, 11, 16, 25, 29 and 31 plus
the accommodations for the open dates of AUG 4-6, 18-20, 22, and 23.
There wouldn't be any reason to limit distribution, would there? (:-{)
