I don't know if this is the right group for this question, but I hope
that someone can give me a hint. (flames >/dev/null)

A firend of mine is looking for a compiler that encodes and decodes
ASN.1 (a formal specification language for the presentation layer in
the OSI model). There is supposed to be a freeware named 'peppy'. So
if you know an address to an ftp-site where it can be found please
