Hi Folks,

I would like to get Japanese language entry and display capability in
GNU emacs.  I was told that there is an "nemacs" that I need to
compile along with any of the "regular" 18.55.__ releases.  Does
anyone know what this software is that I actually need, where I can
ftp it, etc.?
