I need to tie a HP7475 plotter to the campus DECnet.   I have a free server
port (RS-232).   The problem is configuring the port as a printer queue instead
of a terminal port.   Once this is done, how do I get VAX-BASIC and the GKS
graphics driver to send output to this port?   I've been asking around campus,
but so far I haven't found the right person to answer these questions.
