Is anyone familiar with the PCX graphics format?  I think it's
the format used by PC Paintbrush, but I'm not sure.
 
What I need is a converter to GIF or another more common format,
that would run on Unix or a Mac-II.  If a converter can't be
found, just a description of the PCX format will do (I can write
my own converter if need be).
