OK, I've seen this a thousand times, and now I want to code it.

Many programs that offer user options move a highlighted area around
with the cursor arrows and choose the option with return.  Is there
an example of this in some publication I can get, or file I can FTP?
I'm using TP 5.5.  I have no desire to use a mouse here, just the
cursor arrow keys.
