Check config.h to make sure that DONT_ADD_FROM is undefined (either #undef
or commented out).  Submit expects a From: line to already be on the message.
If there isn't one, you will get the message you already saw.  I also turned
USE_DOMAIN back off (though the current Configure turns it on) because I 
had another problem with the version of submit that I am using here, you
might try it.  Other people have complained about the fake sendmail that 
comes with MMDF, but that has actually been easier for me to use than submit, 
so I have switched back.
