Could some kind soul please send me mail describing
the semantics and use of the new CDNnet<--->Envoy 100 gateway?
The obvious specification of a normal CDNnet X.400 address
(but with PRMD=CDNNET) on the Envoy side does not seem to work,
and I have no idea about what to *try* on the CDNnet side.
(PRMD=_)?
