It seems that for this, I need to remove the "s" mailer flag from (at least) my "hhcp" and "ether" mailer descriptions. Is this a sane thing to do? Is there a better way of mailing to a decnet site? At the moment, the quotes stay in the "To:" header line OK but are being stripped from the RCPT TO line (smtp/ether) and from the Grey Book header (hhcp).
