On our Sun 4/490 running SunOS 4.1, I am running sendmail 5.64 + IDA
1.3.1

In the cf file:

[...]
Dwgeorge
[...]
Cw$w ames-$w
[rest-of-file]

Sendmail does not seem to like this, and does not expand the $w macro
in the class definition line.

This worked under old versions of sendmail (5.59) - why doesn't it
work now?

BTW, the version of sendmail distributed with SunOS 4.1 does not
handle name canonicalization (the $[ xxx $] rhs ) correctly when NIS
is not running.
