Aside: I still can't see a flaw in the argument of the car analogy. That is, if this applied to cars then no-one would have the pedals in the same place etc. However, dispite the fact that all cars have pedals in the same place there are still plenty of people willing to buy all the different types of cars available. Put simply, let the market place rather than the court room decide which is the better product.
