So's your ignorance.  Mitch Kapor is not an active part of Lotus, and has sold
all of his stock in that company.  It's not his company anymore, the suits are
running it these days and have been for some time (which may be why 1-2-3 2.2 
and 3.0 have been met with yawns).  He's also given money to defend people in
cases involving freedom of e-mail.
