Hi. Does anyone know about some good commercially offered 
training courses on object-oriented analysis, design, or programming?
I'd appreciate information on what courses there are, what company
offers them, how to get in touch with the company (or at least what
city they're in) and if possible a review of the course and instructor.
I will summarize and post all responses I receive.
