For the fellow who posted: I can recomend ToolBook, from Asymetrix, in Bellevue
Washington. ToolBook supports all of the features you mentioned, and will 
access the OS directly through a DLL, so you can go directly to a database 
engine if you wish. For more info, ask me or call Asymetrix, (206)637-1500.
